ROOT (Muladhara) contains Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Jojoba. Apply to the base of the spine.

SACRAL (Svadhisthana) contains Orange, Sandalwood, Jojoba. Apply to lower abdomen, just below the navel.

SOLAR PLEXUS (Manipura) contains Frankincense, Geranium, Lemon, Jojoba. Apply to the upper abdomen.

HEART (Anahata) contains Ylang Ylang, Eucalyptus, Rose, Vanilla, Jojoba. Apply to center of the chest.
